Did someone say Sohmo and C&A Co-lab!?

There are some moments in life when you know you have "arrived", while I am a small fish in a VERY large pond filled with a myriad of talented fish (designers), I still feel like this in one of those moments. Now if any of your Possums stalk me on the socials, you will know that I am a proud supporter of Sonya and her amazing brand Sohmo Australia. I cannot fan-girl this woman enough, brilliant product, packaging that makes my heart leap and run by (as we like to say in this house) "a strong independant woman". So when Sonya asked if I wanted to play nice and design a needle minder around one of my new fabric ranges it really was a no brainer. Instant yes, and a less that professional acceptance email that may have referenced me doing Zoomies. Won't lie, I was a tad excitable. Yes I made it weird, yes I like to think it as part of my mystique.

I think it only took 24 hours to get the design sorted. Initial presentation of 6 designs, 3 from ModParade and 3 from Live Laugh (Binding Glory). A few massaging edits later and here we are!!!

How awesome is this! I have designed many an enamel pin or product for clients over the years, but this is the one I am MOST proud of, and it's all mine!
