Brown paper packages tied up with string used to be one of my favourite things.... but now I have Phoebe Dearest!
This pattern is versatile, as it only requires fat 1/8ths of fabric, making it easy to use old pieces from your stash or fabric scraps. It can be customized to suit various occasions and styles, whether you want a masculine, feminine, funny, or nostalgic look.
One interesting feature of Phoebe Dearest is that it includes the option to create a fully removable insert shelf. This feature is designed with sewers in mind and can be quite practical. The larger shelf can hold nine spools of quilting thread, while the top shelf is perfectly sized to keep your needles and clips organized and easily accessible. This makes the gift box not only beautiful but also functional for sewing enthusiasts. Whether you're gifting it to someone special or treating yourself, it seems like a delightful and thoughtful creation.
Finished Size - 4" Wide x 4" Deep x 4 ¼" High.
Insert Size - 3 1/2" Wide x 4" Deep. Smaller Self - 1 " deep. Deeper Shelf - 3" deep.

*** FAQ's ***
Do you I need a laminator?
No you don't, this is just a technique you can use if your printer does not like printing on card stock (like mine).
What weight card stock is best?
If you can print on card we recommend that a stock 220GSM - 300GSM be used, it needs enough bulk to hold the sides up but you also need to work within your own comfort zone.
Do I really leave the papers in?
YES!! Unlike traditional EPP our card stock templates stay in permanently. This is what creates, and holds the structure of our unique patterns together.
